Off-Road Innovation offers many professionally remanufactured parts. The remanufacturing process starts with a used assembly that is fully disassembled and inspected for wear and/or damage. The reusable components that pass inspection are cleaned and/or bead blasted. New replacement parts are then installed such as: bearings, seals, jets, o-rings, etc. depending on the part being remanufactured. We currently offer remanufactered rear bearing housings, front wheel hubs, carburetors, crankshafts, cylinders and swing arms that meet or exceed OEM specs.
