Used and remanufactured parts may be returned within 10 days of the order date. Parts must be in the same condition in which they were received. We do not accept returns on electrical parts. Prior to returning parts, please contact us and we will provide you with a return address and order number. All returned parts are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Off-Road Innovation has the right to refuse a returned item if it does not meet our return criteria.
