Some aftermarket special orders will be drop shipped directly to the customer from our distributors to save on shipping costs and provide a quicker transit time.
Off-Road Innovation strives to provide our customers with the safest, fastest and most economical shipping available. We primarily ship using USPS and Fed-Ex. All parts are boxed with adequate packing materials and usually ship the next business day. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Shipping insurance is available upon request for an additional fee (typically $2.50 - $7.00), but is otherwise not included. We charge a small handling fee on every package in order to help pay for the cost of packing supplies, which ensure that your item arrives safely. Customers will be notified of all applicable shipping charges before any order is processed.
