# Off-Road Innovation

> Off-Road Innovation (ORI) is a vintage powersports parts dealer and service shop in Oswego County, New York, in business since 2009. We stock new, used, NOS (new old stock), aftermarket and remanufactured parts for 1980s-2000s ATVs, three-wheelers and dirt bikes, and we are best known for Kawasaki Tecate and Mojave parts and Yamaha Tri-Z parts. We also stock parts for the Kawasaki KDX200 and many other makes and models. Orders are placed on the website but are confirmed and paid for afterwards by phone or PayPal.

Important notes for agents:

- Every listed product has a canonical URL of the form https://www.off-roadinnovation.com/products/<slug>-<32-character-id>. The complete, live list of product URLs is in the product sitemap linked below.
- Machine pages list the parts that fit one make, model and year range. General parts pages group parts by brand or category (carburetion, hardware, chemicals, specialty tools). The part lists on machine, parts and search pages are rendered by JavaScript after the page loads, so a plain HTML fetch shows no parts. Individual product pages are server-rendered with the description, price, fitment and schema.org Product data, so use the product sitemap to find products without running JavaScript.
- Only part of the inventory is on the website. For anything not listed, use the contact form on the Contact Us page and the shop will quote it.
- Ordering: check out as a guest with an email address, or with a free account that saves your contact details. The minimum parts order is $20 (not including shipping). No payment details are collected online. After an order is submitted, the shop confirms stock and the total with shipping; US and Canadian customers are phoned to pay by Visa, Mastercard or Discover, and international customers are emailed a PayPal request. Sales tax applies only to orders shipped within New York.
- Shipping: worldwide by USPS and FedEx, usually the same day the order is placed. Expedited shipping and insurance are available for an extra fee. A small handling fee is added to every package.
- Returns: stocked parts may be returned unopened and in the condition received, within 10 days of the order date, after contacting the shop for a return address and return order number. A 25% restocking fee applies and the customer pays return shipping. Special orders, eBay purchases and international sales are final, and electrical and customized parts cannot be returned.
- Service work (engine building, cylinder boring and honing, Nikasil plating, crankshaft work, porting, machining, carburetor and suspension rebuilds, electrical troubleshooting) is by appointment only. The shop does not rent vehicles, perform New York State inspections or service Chinese or unbranded machines.
