All special orders, ebay purchases and international sales are final. Stocked parts may be returned within 10 days of the order date. Parts must be unopened and in the same condition in which they were received. We do not accept returns on electrical parts or customized parts (see below). Prior to returning parts, please contact us and we will provide you with a return shipping address and return order number. All returned parts are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Off-Road Innovation has the right to refuse a returned item if it does not meet our return criteria.

Customized parts are any part that is in the process of being or has already been modified, serviced or customized to your specs. This includes parts that have not shipped. For example, if you purchase a used part (A cylinder, rear shock, carburetor, etc.), any request to service or modify this part will make the item non-returnable. These modifications could include a fresh bore and hone on a cylinder, a shock rebuild or a carburetor service just to name a few.
