Off-Road Innovation strives to provide our customers with the safest, fastest and most economical shipping available. We primarily ship using USPS and Fed-Ex. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. All parts are boxed with adequate packing materials and normally ship the same day an order is placed. Shipping insurance is available for an additional fee but is otherwise not included. We charge a small handling fee on every package to help pay for the cost of packing supplies, which ensure that your items arrive safely. Customers will be notified of all applicable shipping and handling charges before any order is processed. Some aftermarket special orders will be drop shipped directly to the customer from our distributors to save on shipping costs and provide a quicker transit time. Please let us know if you have a commercial shipping address. In most cases, this will lower your shipping costs; especially on large or heavy items. Upon receiving your parts, please go through the box carefully and refrain from throwing out packing materials until all the parts on your order are accounted for. Some items like stickers, gaskets or even hard parts could be loose or taped to the inside of the box making them easy to miss.
